    J1 segment appears without a preceding base segment

    Description

    J1 segments must immediately follow a base segment. They provide additional consumer information for the account described in the base segment. A J1 segment without a preceding base segment cannot be processed and will be rejected.

    • Base segment was removed or rejected
    • Incorrect segment generation sequence
