Track program participation
See properties, active leases, resident records, and records linked to the resident portal. The totals help your team understand the size of the reporting program and its portal connections.
A program view for property managers
See how your rental reporting program is taking shape. BureauRelay brings property, lease, resident, and payment-record totals into one overview, with a report your team can download and review.

Grouped credit outcomes
Resident choice, comparable observations, and minimum group sizes.
Credit outcomes require active monitoring and eligible data.
See properties, active leases, resident records, and records linked to the resident portal. The totals help your team understand the size of the reporting program and its portal connections.
Review the previous month’s on-time percentage with the underlying number of recorded lease payments. The denominator stays visible so the team can understand what the percentage covers.
Download property, lease, resident, payment, and monitoring totals in a CSV report. Eligible grouped credit outcomes are included when monitoring data is available.
From setup to everyday use
Choose Rent reporting from the dashboard to see the company’s rental program. Move directly into Properties, Residents, Leases, or Enrollment from the same workspace.
Compare program totals and monthly recorded payment activity. A resident record is not automatically an active lease or a completed monitoring enrollment.
Export the report for an internal program review. Use the reporting month and payment counts to explain the scope of the report alongside its percentages.
The overview includes a place for monitoring participation and grouped credit outcomes. Live credit monitoring is awaiting provider activation, so credit-outcome data will appear only after monitoring is active and enough eligible observations have been received.
Credit outcomes use residents who choose to share and have eligible observations for the same bureau, score model, and range. Small groups are withheld. A group needs at least ten eligible residents, and a numeric average or improvement percentage needs at least ten comparable numeric baselines. Recent observations are required; one old score is not a current outcome.
These results describe observed changes across residents’ entire credit files. They do not isolate the effect of rent reporting or promise an increase in credit scores. Individual scores and credit alerts remain private to residents.
The overview shows property count, active leases, resident records, resident portal links, previous-month recorded payment activity, and monitoring participation. It also supports CSV exports and grouped credit outcomes when eligible monitoring data is available.
It is the number of previous-month lease payment records marked paid on time divided by all lease payment records received for that month. It is not a measure of every lease unless all relevant payments are represented, and it is not a bureau acceptance rate.
Live monitoring may not be active, residents may not have chosen to share, observations may be too old or incomplete, or the group may be too small. The dashboard withholds small groups to protect residents’ privacy.
No. The program report contains company totals and eligible grouped outcomes. It does not export residents’ individual credit scores or alert details.
The dashboard reports observed score changes, which can reflect many kinds of credit activity. Those observations do not establish that rent reporting caused an increase.
