Read and export your rental reporting overview
Understand rental program totals, monthly on-time payment coverage, monitoring participation, and grouped outcomes in the property-manager dashboard.
Open the rental workspace
- Sign in to your BureauRelay company account and select Rent reporting.
- Use Overview for program totals. Properties, Residents, Leases, and Enrollment open the corresponding rental work areas.
- The overview follows the company associated with your signed-in account.
Understand program totals
- Properties
- The number of rental property records in your company.
- Active leases
- Leases with an active or month-to-month status.
- Resident records
- The number of rental resident records. This is not a count of unique occupied units or active monitoring subscriptions.
- Linked to resident portal
- Resident records with an explicit connection to a portal consumer account. A connection does not by itself mean credit monitoring is active.
Read monthly payment activity
Monthly payment activity covers the previous calendar month. The on-time percentage uses recorded lease payments marked paid on time divided by all recorded lease payments for that month.
Read the count shown below the percentage. It may not cover every lease if your system has not provided all relevant monthly payment records. A dash means there are no payment records to calculate a rate from. This metric does not describe bureau acceptance or prove that every resident paid on time.
Interpret monitoring and credit outcomes
Active residents and Awaiting setup describe credit-monitoring enrollment status for linked rental residents. Live monitoring is awaiting provider activation; existing rental totals and payment activity remain independent of it.
Observed credit outcomes require residents to choose sharing and have eligible observations in the same bureau, model, and range, including a recent score. At least ten residents are required in a group. Numeric averages and improvement percentages separately require ten comparable numeric baselines. Withheld or missing results should not be read as a zero score change.
The results show observed changes across credit files. They do not establish that rent reporting caused a change. Residents’ individual scores and credit-alert details are not available in this dashboard.
Export a program report
- Select Export report at the top of the overview.
- Open the downloaded rental-impact CSV in a spreadsheet application. The filename identifies the reporting month.
- The file includes program totals, recorded payment counts, the on-time percentage, monitoring totals, and eligible grouped outcome rows. It does not contain individual resident scores.
- Keep the reporting month and coverage note with the report when using it in a program review.
If totals or outcomes look incomplete
Check that you are in the intended company account. Review the underlying properties, leases, and resident records from the workspace navigation. Confirm portal links and monthly payment records before treating a percentage as portfolio-wide coverage.
If credit outcomes are missing, check provider availability, monitoring participation, sharing choices, and whether the group has enough eligible observations. If the page reports a temporary error, select Retry.
