View and download your rent-reporting history
Find monthly rent-reporting records, understand preparation status, and download a copy from your resident portal.
Open your rent history
- Sign in to your resident portal.
- Select Rent history in the navigation, or View rent history from My credit.
- Review the available reporting months. The page shows up to two years of records explicitly linked to your resident account.
Understand the columns
- Month
- The month the reporting record relates to.
- Account status code
- The account status recorded for the reporting period. Ask your property manager about a code you do not recognize.
- Reported balance and reported past due
- Amounts on the prepared reporting record, with a USD or CAD label. A dash means an amount was not provided; it does not mean zero.
- Prepared for reporting
- A monthly record has been prepared. This label does not confirm bureau delivery, acceptance, or posting.
- Withheld from reporting
- The record was held back from reporting. Your property manager can review why it was withheld.
Download a copy
- When records are available, select Download history.
- Open rent-reporting-history.csv in a spreadsheet application. It includes the reporting month, account status code, balances, currency, preparation status, and preparation date.
- Keep the file somewhere private. It contains your reporting information and is not a payment receipt or proof of bureau posting.
If your history is empty or incomplete
Your rent history will appear here means no monthly records are currently linked to the account you are using. Confirm that you signed in with the account connected to your property manager’s invitation.
Ask your property manager to check the connection between your rental resident record and portal account, and to confirm the reporting start date. Do not assume that a missing month proves a missed payment or a bureau rejection.
Credit monitoring is not required to use this page. If a temporary error appears, select Retry. If a particular record looks wrong, give your property manager the reporting month and the field you want reviewed.
