    Using your resident credit hub

Check credit-monitoring availability, understand scores and alerts, manage sharing, and request cancellation from your resident portal.

    Check availability first

The resident credit hub is built. Live credit monitoring is awaiting provider activation. Contact us to discuss availability for your rental program.

Sign in to your resident portal and choose My credit. If the page says credit monitoring is not available yet, enrollment has not opened. Your rent reporting continues independently, and Rent history remains available for linked records.

    Request monitoring access

    1. When enrollment is available, open My credit and choose the property manager connected to your resident account.
    2. Read and accept the access request. The optional outcome-sharing checkbox starts unchecked; it is a separate choice.
    3. Select Request monitoring access. Access requested means setup is pending, not that monitoring is active.
    4. If Continue verification appears, follow the provider’s identity check and authorizations. Return to the hub to see your enrollment status. Monitoring active appears only after provider confirmation.

Read your credit score and history

Use Score model to choose a bureau and model. The page shows the latest received score, its range, and its observation date. Changes are compared with an earlier numeric score in the same bureau/model/range series.

Open View score history as a table for a dated list. A blank or unavailable result is not a score of zero. A file may be unavailable because the provider could not locate it, there is insufficient history, or the file is frozen. Scores over 45 days old are labeled as old.

Credit scores can vary by bureau and scoring model. A change does not establish that rent reporting caused it, and refreshing the page does not request a new credit report.

    Review credit alerts

    1. Scroll to Credit alerts to read the latest provider updates.
    2. Choose Unread only to filter the list, or Mark as read to clear an item’s unread status.
    3. Reloading the page preserves read status. The hub displays up to the latest 100 alerts; this release does not send credit-alert email, SMS, or push notifications.

Choose whether to share grouped outcomes

In Your preferences, use the outcome-sharing checkbox to change your choice. The change is saved to your account. Property managers do not receive your individual score or alert details through this feature.

Sharing only makes your observations eligible for grouped reporting. Groups need enough eligible residents before results appear. Turning sharing off immediately removes your observations from eligibility for those reports.

    Cancel monitoring

    1. Under Your preferences, select Cancel credit monitoring.
    2. Read the confirmation and choose Confirm cancellation, or Keep monitoring to return without cancelling.
    3. Cancellation pending means new updates and outcome sharing have stopped in BureauRelay while the provider completes cancellation. Monitoring cancelled means provider confirmation has arrived. This action does not cancel rent reporting.

    If something is missing

    No property manager listed
Your resident account needs an active property-manager connection. Ask your property manager to confirm your invitation and account link.
    Waiting for your first score
Enrollment is active but no score update has arrived. Coverage and timing depend on the provider.
    Monitoring connection unavailable
Previously received scores may remain visible. Check the displayed dates; the page is not confirming a fresh provider update.
