Description
The Payment History Profile is a 24-character field showing the last 24 months of payment behavior. Each position should contain a valid payment rating code (0-6, B, D, E, etc.) or blank for months before account opening. Invalid characters or incorrect length will cause rejection.
Common Causes
- Invalid rating codes used
- Incorrect length (must be exactly 24)
- Non-standard characters included
- History not properly shifted each month
