Description
Installment and mortgage accounts have a defined periodic payment, so the Scheduled Monthly Payment Amount should be greater than zero while the account is open and not yet paid. A zero value on an open installment loan typically means the field is unmapped, which weakens the tradeline's usefulness for underwriting.
