Definition
Payment History Profile is a 24-character field that records the payment performance for each of the past 24 months. Each position represents one month, with the most recent month first. Values indicate whether payments were current, 30 days late, 60 days late, 90+ days late, or other statuses.

Usage Notes
- Most recent month is first position
- 0 = Current, 1 = 30 days, 2 = 60 days, etc.
- Critical for credit score calculation
